Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the dataicraft.com website. Projects, subscriptions and support are governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
Who operates this site
dataicraft.com is operated by DATAICRAFT (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“Dataicraft”). Contact: hello@dataicraft.com.
Information on this site
The site describes our services and our products, Novus ERP, Novus Pulse and Novus Engage. It is general information, not an offer. Features, availability and terms for a product are confirmed in the proposal, order or agreement we sign with you, and the product sites may state their own terms. The interactive demos on our product pages are illustrations built with sample data, not live customer data.
Contracts for services and products
Nothing on this site creates a contract for development work or a software subscription. Scope, pricing, payment, support, cancellation and refunds, where they apply, are set out in the agreement for that engagement.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or overload it with automated requests.
- Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited commercial material.
- Do not copy the site’s content or code to present it as your own.
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email us at hello@dataicraft.com before disclosing it publicly.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logos and software on this site belong to Dataicraft or its licensors. Dataicraft, Novus ERP, Novus Pulse and Novus Engage are names we use for our business and products. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution.
Third-party links
We link to our product sites and to social profiles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
No warranty and limits on liability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without promises of uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, Dataicraft is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the site means you accept it.
