Who we are

The controller of personal data collected on this website is DATAICRAFT (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“Dataicraft”, “we”). You can reach us at hello@dataicraft.com.

What we collect

Contact form. If you use the form on the contact page, we receive the name, email address and message you type, and the topic you choose. Nothing else is required.

Email. If you write to hello@dataicraft.com, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.

Server logs. Our hosting provider and our own server process standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, time) to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.

Rate limiting. To slow automated abuse of the contact form, the form handler briefly keeps your IP address in memory. It is not written to a database.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, and it does not run analytics, advertising pixels or social-media trackers. Because no non-essential cookies are used, there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent before loading anything that needs it.

If the contact form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile security check, that check loads a script from Cloudflare when you open the contact page, so Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Why we use your data

• To answer your inquiry and, if you ask, to discuss a project or product (our legitimate interest, and steps you request before a contract).
• To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal or accounting obligations if you become a customer.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Our own Novus Pulse email service, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Our hosting and network providers, who serve the website.
• Cloudflare, only for the Turnstile check described above, when enabled.

We share data with others only when the law requires it or you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as they are needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, and longer if a commercial relationship follows. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@dataicraft.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Pages on this site link to our product sites and to our profiles on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Those services have their own privacy practices that we do not control.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described on this page.
